BlackTop 24/7 is one of the premier tournament operators in Southern California.  Founded in December 2022, our purpose is to provide top-quality youth basketball events.  BlackTop 24/7 prides itself on professionalism, offering diverse competition for all levels of teams, professional staff, and certified officials.
